Welcome to VideoMockup

Hi and welcome to VideoMockup! We're excited to have you here and hope you enjoy your experience. In these terms, when we say "VideoMockup," "we," "our," or "us," we refer to VideoMockup, the service provider of this platform.
These terms, along with our Acceptable Use Policy and VideoMockup License Agreement, govern your use of VideoMockup and form a binding agreement between us. By creating or downloading any mockups through VideoMockup, you agree that you have read and accept these terms, either for yourself or on behalf of your employer or an entity identified as the account holder.
You need to be 16 years or older to browse VideoMockup. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 years of age. When browsing or using VideoMockup, you agree to follow our guidelines and instructions (available on our Help page) and acknowledge that these terms apply to all interactions with the service, whether or not you're a subscriber.
To make a purchase or subscribe, you must be 18 years or older. If you're under 18, you need to use the account of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old, with their permission. That adult will be responsible for all your activities.

The VideoMockup platform allows you to create custom, editorial-style photo and video mockups for your print-on-demand store or brand. By uploading your own designs ("Your Content") in supported formats (e.g., .png, .svg) and combining them with our pre-designed templates ("Content Templates"), you can generate branded and professional mockups ("Custom Mockups").

We own the following intellectual property ("our IP"):
- The underlying code, system design, and layout of the VideoMockup platform.
- All Content Templates provided on the platform.
- The VideoMockup trademark and any associated branding.
